About the Space
Our Lounge & Bar is a modern, versatile 50 sq m space designed for both creative and professional events. With flexible layouts including theatre, circle theatre, U-shape, seated dining, or fully standing, the room adapts effortlessly to your format. Capacity is up to 60 standing, or up to 40 seated (35 optimal for comfort). A 6 sq m stage area can also be incorporated for performances or presentations. Equipped with a projector and screen, the space is ideal for smaller gigs, networking events, team building sessions, screenings, and private celebrations. Catering can be arranged through us, or you’re welcome to bring your own food. The bar is fully at your disposal with a premium alcohol selection; corkage applies if you prefer to supply your own. Perfectly suited for events of up to 60 guests, the Lounge & Bar offers flexibility, atmosphere, and seamless functionality in a contemporary setting. Final pricing may vary depending on the specific requirements of your event.

Space Rules
1. No smoking in the building. 2. Damage to the space will result in extra charge. 3. No pets allowed. 4. No tape put on walls, unless previously discussed. 5. If external food or beverages are ordered, it is the client's responsibility to receive the boxes, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
      SpaceCloud Cancellation & Refund PolicyGuest service fee refunds for all bookings follow this policy:
      1. If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
      2. If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
      3. If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
      4. SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
        5. An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
          An event starts within 3 hours of payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
      6. A promo code that has been used may be re-issued only under the conditions set out below. Once re-issued, the new promo code will be available in the booking details screen after cancellation.
        7. Eligible for re-issue
        1. If the full payment amount is refunded and the promo code is still within its validity period at the time of cancellation.
        2. e.g., A promo code valid from 1–30 September is used for a booking that is fully refunded and cancelled on 29 September
        3. → the promo code will be re-issued with the same validity period (1–30 September).
          Not eligible for re-issue
        1. - If the promo code has already expired at the time of cancellation
        2. - If only a partial refund is issued
        3. - If the payment is non-refundable
Host's Cancellation & Refund Policy A host’s refund policy applies to the hire fee, while guest service fee refunds follow SpaceCloud’s policy.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 6 days of the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellation made between 29 and 7 days before the event.
  • Full refund for cancellation made at least 30 days before the event.
