Space Rules
Studio Rules All users of the studio must comply with the following rules: 1. Pole Safety • No jewellery while using the poles • Poles must not be adjusted, loosened, or altered • No climbing or inverting without proper instruction 2. Footwear & Clothing • No outdoor shoes on the studio floor • Appropriate attire must be worn at all times • No pole use with lotions, oils, or grip-damaging products 3. Respect for the Space • No food or drinks (except water) in the studio • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances • Music volume must remain reasonable 4. Damage & Liability • Any damage caused by the Hirer or their students must be reported • The Hirer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs 5. Timekeeping • Sessions must start and finish on time • Extra time used beyond the booking may be charged 6. Conduct • Respectful behaviour is required at all times • Any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the hire
Cancellation & Refund Policy
      SpaceCloud Cancellation & Refund PolicyGuest service fee refunds for all bookings follow this policy:
      1. If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
      2. If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
      3. If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
      4. SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
        5. An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
          An event starts within 3 hours of payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
      6. A promo code that has been used may be re-issued only under the conditions set out below. Once re-issued, the new promo code will be available in the booking details screen after cancellation.
        7. Eligible for re-issue
        1. If the full payment amount is refunded and the promo code is still within its validity period at the time of cancellation.
        2. e.g., A promo code valid from 1–30 September is used for a booking that is fully refunded and cancelled on 29 September
        3. → the promo code will be re-issued with the same validity period (1–30 September).
          Not eligible for re-issue
        1. - If the promo code has already expired at the time of cancellation
        2. - If only a partial refund is issued
        3. - If the payment is non-refundable
Host's Cancellation & Refund Policy A host’s refund policy applies to the hire fee, while guest service fee refunds follow SpaceCloud’s policy.
  • No refund for cancellation made on the day of the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellation made between 1 and 6 days before the event.
  • Full refund for cancellation made at least 7 days before the event.

Our pole studio is available for hire, offering a flexible and well-equipped space suitable for classes, workshops, rehearsals, or private training sessions. The studio features two rooms to suit different needs. The main studio is a spacious 50-square-meter room equipped with 7 poles, providing plenty of room for group activities and larger sessions. In addition, there is a smaller, more intimate 18-square-meter room with 3 poles, ideal for private lessons or small group training.
